The equipment is consisting of a stainless steel pressure tested vessels with jacketed heater to raise the required temp. of the cooking media inside and devices to display the parameter like pressure, temperature and time duration.
The vessels attach to a cabinet with control panel with gear drive and not completely rotate but with change of turning of direction to ensure efficient agitation of the cooking media at 312 degree rotation
