Lab Bar Coater

The metering bar coater is a table top instrument with a quick clamping unit for the sample . the coating materials (like a piece of paper and board) lies on a rubber – melinex surface . A metering bar is clamped into a clamp system and the coating colour is put on front of the bar . the motor moves the bar with a predefined speed over the coating material and stops when the end is reached . the bar is lifted off the coated samples and motor moves the system back to start position.
